Great service from the staff, who were very accommodating and took care of all our needs. They even helped arrange our transportation and tours, making everything convenient for us. the free coffee and water refill was a nice touch, and we appreciated being able to pay for everything at the hotel. the restroom was equipped with a water heater, which was a bonus.

The room was quite basic and could use some updating. the toilet and shower were small and old.

Great location in the city center with many nearby restaurants and bars. Helpful staff assisted with tours, rentals, and laundry. Enjoyed the nice breakfast. Large room with space to unpack. En-suite bathroom and outdoor seating area. Good aircon when functioning properly.

krizma inn was great! staff was super friendly and took care of everything. they even organized our transfers and tours - making it so convenient. the location was prime - right next to the docks and close to all the fun stuff. and the desk worker jess was amazing - always ready to help and had a great smile. overall - a clean and convenient place to stay.

The breakfast at Krizma Inn was surprisingly delicious, exceeding my expectations. The variety of options provided a great start to my day. Additionally, the location of the inn was convenient, as it was close to the docks for tours and various activities and beaches. The room had ample space to unpack and a small en-suite bathroom. The free coffee or tea service offered throughout the day was a nice touch. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience staying at Krizma Inn. the desk worker, Jess, was fantastic. She was always ready to assist and had a constant smile on her face. We booked several things through her, and it was so convenient. the location of the inn is also excellent, being near the beach and all the main restaurants and bars. the wifi worked well, even in the room. They offer free coffee or tea service throughout the day, which was a nice bonus. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.
